Just a little bit of help...

There are so many things that could be going on with your piano. If you are having troubles, feel free to email me.

Sluggish App Controls:

When the app is installed on some devices, the volume controls seem jumpy/shaky and a bit sluggish. What in the world would cause this?
Simply put, the device simply can't process information fast enough. The app has about 10,000 lines of code. New apple devices can easily handle that amount but older ones might struggle a bit.

To deal with this problem, I made it so that you could turn down the speed at which the app normally operates. To simplify things I came up with "Turbo".

If Turbo is on, the app will run faster. If it's not, it basically slows down for devices which can't handle it. I have only seen sluggish volume controls a few times. If your device does this, do the following:

1. Touch Settings (the gear/cog icon)
2. Enter 0000
3. Turn off "Turbo"
4. Now touch the cog/gear at the top of the Settings page to get out of Settings and go back to Main.

This most likely will have fixed the problem. However, you'll notice that the piano's response time to changes that you make with the volume is now slower than it was before. One thing to keep in mind: This app actually changes the music once it's already inside of the airport express hence the slight delay.

Memory: Not enough memory on device to update app:

I've only seen this once. I went to install the app, and the iPod that I was working with said that it didn't have enough memory to update the app.
To deal with this, simply delete the original version of the app, and reinstall it. You won't have to pay again since you already purchased it.

No Volume Control Fader Movement at All. (Stuck Volume Controls)

I could explain in detail why this would happen. But for now, just reset the app.
Go to Settings:
Enter 0000
Touch "Reset Default"
Touch the gear/cog at the top of the page.
Now you're back in Main.

This most likely fixed the problem.
